A fast and little image viewer to open image links from external applications.

ImgurViewer is a little image viewer to open image links from external applications in the fastest way possible. As the name suggest it was originally designed to open Imgur image links, but the application evolved to support some other images services too, the current image services supported are:Imgur: with full support ( galleries, albums, gif videos, simple image links ). Gif links will be opened as videos to save bandwidth and faster loading.Gyazo: full image support.Gfycat: full Gfycat videos. As Imgur, it will load videos instead of gifs when possible.i.reddituploads.com support.streamable.com support.twitch clips support.Instagram image, video, and simple profile image gallery support.vid.me support.flickr support.GIPHY support. Also ImgurViewer can open any link with a path with and image extension, so, it will try to handle any image link.ImgurViewer as a standalone application doesnt do anything, so dont expect anything when opening the application. It must be used in conjunction with some other external application as a web browser, reddit is fun, newsblur. Its was done for my personal usage ( the developer ) and uploaded to the play store to share it with the world. I hope that someone find it useful too. This application is open source and the source code can be found over: https://github.com/SpartanJ/imgurviewer2.3.0:Migrated the video player library from ExoMedia to ExoPlayer (since ExoMedia is out of date).Fixed several services including: Reddit Video, Reddit Galleries, Reddit Images, Vimeo, and much more.2.2.2:Fixes for Android 11 compatibility.Fixed all corrupted services (Twitch Clips and many others).Added prnt.sc support.

When the media (say imgur image) is shared, it seems to download the pictures to the Pictures folder. It would be nice if it used a temporary cache folder for it without storing it permanently.

Edit: The developer fixed the issue, so glad to be able to use this app for twitch clips again! I like the app but miss twitch clip support, has been broken for a few months now.

What I don't like about this app is it doesn't have confirmation when downloading images! It just does it automatically so I am getting suprised!

Leahsim

Exceptional. The imgur app, and website are all but unusable as a mobile user currently. This app solves it elgantly and is the least bloted app I have ever used.

Great app. But it is giving "could not resolve video URL" ERROR. PLEASE FIX THIS

I keep getting "couldnt resolve video url" lately. I use it together with sync for reddit for redgifs and it just suddenly stop and gives me that error. Not sure what happened. Other than that it does what it needs to.

I think it's great but for whatever reason, it doesn't show up as an option to open with.

Ghazi Hanifa

Needs support for streamye, streamvi & streamwo. Otherwise solid.

Jeremy Speaketh

Legitimately the most underrated and simplest app!
